Number of Rotatable bonds<5, SP3C>10, the molecule can be considered relatively rigid. Compared to commercial diversity libraries, our collection has fewer rotatable bonds and more SP3 carbons, indicating that our compounds are more rigid and have greater stereochemical diversity. Most molecules have rotatable bond counts ranging from 2 to 6, and over 50% of the molecules have an SP3C ratio greater than 0.5
