At HitChem, we analyzed clinical compounds reported in the literature and identified suitable CRBN-directed molecular glue fragments. Beyond that, our internal research team screened 1,000 compounds containing the CRBN warhead with molecular weights below 400, and successfully identified several previously unreported structures that can be leveraged for further development.
Using these structures as seeds for our generative model, we expanded the chemical space and generated a collection of 50,000 CRBN-biased compounds. This library has been further QCed by our medicinal chemists to ensure both diversity and drug-like properties.
Compounds are available in powder form or as ready-to-use solutions (10 μL at 10 mM in 384-well plates).
