Hitchem is an experienced player in modern drug discovery, offering advanced compound libraries for a wide range of research applications. We synthesize 60,000 new compounds annually, carefully selecting the most promising candidates for our collections. Hitchem provides numerous pre-plated compound libraries, designed for rapid delivery and tailored to support various research needs, from large-scale HTS screenings to assay-specific studies and proteomics research. Additionally, we offer access to 26 million compounds available for purchase, all provided in either powder or solution form, with solutions pre-plated onto 384-well plates. Random sampling confirms that the purity of all compounds exceeds 90%.

Rigorous Quality Control
We ensure that compounds in our libraries have a purity exceeding 90%, with analytical data (LCMS and/or NMR) no older than one year. We conduct random sampling to verify compound purity, and exclude compounds that are unstable in DMSO, have poor solubility, or contain undesirable salts. Hitchem also monitors freeze-thaw cycles to determine the shelf life of pre-plated libraries, based on the chemical nature of the compounds. If compounds fail to meet quality standards, we offer purification or resynthesis free of charge.
Fast Resupply From Dry Powders
Hitchem ensures that compounds are available in stock quantities of 10 mg or more, enabling quick resupply from the same batch. To maintain stock levels, we can rapidly synthesize compounds in the laboratory as needed. For optimal outcomes, we encourage integrated lead discovery projects, leveraging biological screening, computational chemistry, efficient Hit-to-Lead processes, and comprehensive ADMET/PK and MedChem support.
